Also, please remember it takes 24 to 48 hours to process, pack and ship an order. Processing time has been factored into estimated delivery time.

Orders using P.O. Boxes will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Select this option in the Checkout Process. Delivery times ARE NOT GUARANTEED and may exceed the 2-3 day average estimate.
We strive to provide prompt service. Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. Depending on the shipping method, we pack and ship our orders within 24 to 72 hours from the time that you order your supplies.
Shipping Types & Information
Ground Delivery requires up to 1 day to process and pack the order before it is ready to ship. For example, if you ordered Ground service on Thursday, your order will be packed and ready to be picked up by our carrier no later than Friday. From then, it takes 1-5 business days to get to its destination, depending on where you live. See our Transit Map for exact information. Please note thatANY packages delayed by adverse weather conditions or carriers issue cannot be credited if service is delayed.
3 Day Select is a quicker version of our popular Ground method. Orders are processed and packed within 24 hours then take 3 business days to reach their destination. Please note that ANY packages delayed by adverse weather conditions or carriers issue cannot be credited if service is delayed.
Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air are the only air shipping methods. Both require 24 hours to process, pack and ship out. Please account for that when ordering Next Day or 2nd Day. (Example: If you order on a Tuesday at 11:00 a.m., it will take 24 hours to process and pack. On Wednesday, your order will ship.) Saturdays, Sundays & holidays are not included as business days. Please note that ANYpackages delayed by adverse weather conditions or carriers issue cannot be credited if service is delayed.
In the "Comments" Section of the ordering form, you must put the date that you need your costumes by. Check our map for shipping times so that you order the correct method of shipping to ensure you receive the supplies when you need them.
International Shipping & Information

2. USPS APO/FPO Priority (3-5 Business Days)
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import fees, taxes and tariffs. We can't control these fees and it is your responsibilty to find out what fees may be applicable since you must pay these fees.
We do ship to APO/FPO addresses, but since the military performs the final stage of delivery, we can't accurately predict delivery time.
Out of Stock Items
If there are items that are out of stock, you will be notified by email first (please make sure to always provide a correct and current email address for this reason...an email address that you can always check) and then by phone if we do not hear back from you by the end of the day. You will then be given the choice of substituting another item of the same nature, or canceling the whole or partial order. Until we hear back from you, we will hold your order up to 5 days and then we will automatically cancel your order out.
Just to remind you, even though orders are taken 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, packing and shipping occur 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

International orders are All Sales Final. No Exceptions.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all orders returned for credit. Exclusions include Defective or Damaged Items.
If you are shipping to another address, we may inquire to verify if it’s a different billing/shipping address.
We will issue you a refund for your original order (minus shipping fees, which are not credited) within a week of the receipt of the return. During the Halloween/Christmas Season (Oct/Nov/Dec) refunds may take up to 4 weeks. Banks typically take 24-48 hours to process credits.
Please ask all questions on Order Comments before placing an order.
A Return will NOT be accepted if it shows signs of: Use, Wear or Alteration, Missing Pieces, Cigarette Smoke Odors & Makeup Stains or Without Original Packaging or Tags.
FINAL SALE ITEMS may not be returned, so please inquire on any issues you may have before placing your order.

Footwear, Costumes & Masks must be returned in the original packaging and cannot have been worn or altered.
Before returning ANY product to us, you MUST first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice and automatically returned.
To obtain an RMA, please call us toll free at 1-(800)-872-9447 and ask for the Shipping Dept. You can only Return or Exchange orders within 24-48 hours from date of receipt. The RMA number is only valid on the date of issuance and returns must be received within 5 days of the date the RMA was issued. E-Mail requests for RMA’s will NOT be answered.
ALL items returned for credit will be issued a 20% Restocking fee. No Exceptions.
The Customer pays shipping for all returns or exchanges to Fantasy Costumes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The RMA number must be visible on the return shipment’s package or will be refused and returned back to you. A copy of the invoice must also be included in the returning package.
For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method (UPS,FedEx,USPS). We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product for reason stated above, you will be responsible for ANY loss or damage.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer at the customer’s own expense. An RMA number is valid 1-2 days from date the package is received and product must be in its original condition without any damage and accompanied by all packaging. Product must be 100% complete with ALL original packaging and complete with ANY documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Defective items can be returned within a 1-2 day period of receipt of merchandise .You will also need to call the Shipping Department and get an RMA for defective items. If the items are returned after the 1-2 day period, they will be refused and send back at the customer’s expense.
