Vape Nation is a YouTuber/comedic character who’s real name is Ethan Klein, and who’s videos are produced by H3H3 Productions.
The important parts about Vape here is that:
1) He goes around NYC visiting 'vape shops'.
2) He reviews vape related gear.
3) There’s a strong marijuana presence in his content.
And that’s the jist of it.

Vape Nation is not particularly a complex character to cosplay as.
His costume is really just a hodgepodge of the 'stoner stereotype'....'weed' t-shirt? 'Weed' cap? Flannel pants?
All are items that are very simple to don...along with the rest of Vape’s costume.
