Free In Store Pickup Information
Customers shopping online in Illinois will see a shipping option of Free In-Store pickup option
Should you choose In Store Pickup, please wait until you receive an email or phone call from us to tell you your order is ready to pick up at the store. It may take up to 24 hours. Some items that are not available in store will take 24-48 Hours until the order is available for pickup.
Please bring your photo ID, the credit card used to make the order and the online order Invoice (printed or on your cell phone) when picking up your order in store. The name on the order must match your ID and credit card used.
In-Store Pickup Procedure (Illinois Residents Only)
1. Shop online and when you are finished go to checkout
2. Complete the checkout process, including entering your shipping & billing address (even though it won't be shipped, it’s still needed to complete the checkout process.
3. In the “Shipping Details” of the checkout where you choose your Shipping Option, and you are an Illinois customer, you will see the shipping options. Choose In Store Pickup that is listed and choose Continue to go on where you will confirm and complete your order.
You will receive an email from FantasyCostumes.com when your order has been received by our system. If you do not get an email confirmation, check your spam folder, or contact us to confirm your order was placed.
