Functional buckles and elastic cord for a comfortable adjustable fit. Two elastic straps on bottom of boot covers, to keep full boot cover in place. Material content: 100% Polyester. Child large fits shoe size 8.5 - 11, shoes measures up to 11 inches. Child medium fits shoe size 1.5 - 4.5, shoe measures up to 9 inches. Child small fits little kids show size 8 - 11.5, shoe measures up to 7 inches.
